This license is available in Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and French. All six language versions are authoritative and say the same thing.

This document covers the rights you get when you use a download pass to download a file on trademd. In short: the person who downloaded it can use it for their own work and for client work, make money from what they create with it, and put it inside agents or products they distribute. What you can't do is pass the original file on to others by itself or sell it again.

Article 1. Scope

1. This license applies when you use a download pass to download a specific version of a file on trademd. Your download record shows the license version in force when you downloaded, and that is the version you received.
2. The operator grants this license. In the Uploader Permission, the creator allowed the operator to offer the file to members and to grant them this license. Files registered under the public beta's test permission before this license was published are offered with the test license (reading and personal use only) until their creator gives permission again under the current Uploader Permission. Downloads after that get this license, and earlier downloads keep the license they got. Your download record shows which license you received.
3. Anything not covered here follows the trademd Terms of Service.

Article 2. Who can use it

1. Only the one person who downloaded the file can use it. This is a single-seat license.
2. If you are employed or do client work, you can use the file in that work. The person actually using the file has to be you, the member who downloaded it, though. Colleagues or clients who want to use the file themselves need to download it from trademd with their own account.
3. Licenses for whole organizations aren't offered yet.

Article 3. What you can do

1. Read the file, copy it and change it for your own work.
2. Use the file in your own AI tools or agents.
3. Use it for your own work and for work you do for clients.
4. Use what you create with the file (text, code, reports, images and so on) commercially.
5. Put the file, as is or changed, inside an agent or product that you distribute or offer as a service. The product has to be useful as a product in its own right, beyond the file. If it is really just a way to bundle and resell files, Article 4 applies.

Article 4. What you can't do

1. Share, resell, publish or sublicense the original file by itself, or with only minor changes.
2. Upload the original to another file-sharing site or a public repository.
3. Share your account or download links so other people can get the file.
4. Remove copyright or license notices contained in the file.
5. Bundle several files into a pack or collection and sell it. That counts as paragraph 1.

Article 5. How this relates to views

1. A view only lets you read a fixed excerpt for a set time. It gives you no right to use the file or the excerpt.
2. Read the excerpt only to decide whether to download the file. Don't copy it and pass it around.
3. Views and downloads use different passes. Viewing a file first doesn't reduce the download pass a download uses, and the view pass you used doesn't come back.

Article 6. Versions and duration

1. This license covers the version you downloaded. A new version needs its own download pass, and one is never used automatically.
2. There is no fixed end date. The license can end under Article 8 or Article 10.
3. If the creator stops offering the file or deletes their account, or your membership ends or changes plan, this license stays, and you can keep opening and downloading the version you downloaded. The same goes if the payment behind your download is later charged back (Terms of Service, Article 10(8)).
4. Files downloaded with download passes from test payments in the public beta are retired when trademd switches to the live service (Terms of Service, Article 4). After the switch you can no longer open or download them again on trademd. Copies you already downloaded can still be used within the license your download record shows for them. The same goes for copies downloaded before the beta reset on September 24, 2026. To download a file on trademd again, use a download pass in the live service.

Article 7. Public-license originals

1. If the file you downloaded is an original published under a public license such as MIT, Apache-2.0 or CC BY, uploaded by the creator with its source stated, the original license also applies to you.
2. Where the original license allows more than this license does, the original license applies. You must follow its conditions, such as giving attribution.

Article 8. Blocks for safety or legal reasons

1. If a file is blocked for safety or legal reasons, such as malware, rights infringement or illegal content, trademd stops access to it and downloads of it. We then point you to a review that can give you a download pass back, under Article 10 of the Terms of Service.
2. If the block is because the creator didn't hold the rights, those were rights the operator couldn't grant, so this license also stops having effect. Once you are notified, you have to stop using the file.
3. The operator can't delete copies you already downloaded.

Article 9. Warranties and liability

1. The file is provided as the creator described it and the operator checked it. The operator checks files but doesn't guarantee that a file is safe or does what you want.
2. If a file doesn't match its description or is broken, you can ask for a review under Article 10 of the Terms of Service.
3. The creator has promised in the Uploader Permission that they have the right to upload the file and let trademd use it.
4. Check the instructions in a file before you run them in AI tools or agents. You are the one who judges the results.

Article 10. Breach

If you break this license, the license ends and the operator may restrict your account. The operator and the creator may claim damages as the law allows.

Article 11. Other terms

1. This license is governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Rules of your country's consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract still apply.
2. This license is available in Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and French, and all versions are authoritative. If the language versions seem to differ in meaning, the one more favorable to the member applies.
